Do come over to my side of the room at http://writeitabbyf.wordpress.com
and add me to your blogroll. You’ll see this one listed in mine.
Here’s the beginning of a trivia challenge, but I can’t quite finish the job.
How many bands (with the same or different lineups) have re-recorded the same song? For example, Do Ya – The Move/ELO and Carpet Crawlers – Peter G/Gensis and Phil C/Gensis.

I was checking and your site and I think you would be perfect to work with. I work with a music promotions that focuses solely on reaching out to online music sites. If it sounds like something you might be interested in, let me know and I’ll set you up in our database. Once in our system you can listen to tracks, request CDs, leave comments, and more for all of our artists. We’d love to get your comments on some of our bands to let them know what you think. I hope to hear from you soon. Thanks!

Hello,
My name is Cary Andrews and I work on behalf of a site called Positively Cleveland. It’s our job to get the word out about all the great attractions Cleveland has to offer so people come and visit! As you might know, the Rock n’ Roll Hall of Fame is located here, and right now we’re running a contest to win passes to it and a private guided tour. It’s the kind of prize I think any music lover would be excited about, and of course music lovers flock to your site! So I was wondering if you’d be interested in posting information about the sweepstakes for your visitors to read.
You can find out more about the contest here: http://www.positivelycleveland.com/intheknow
Please let me know if you’d be interested in this, we’d love your help getting the word out about our awesome city!

Hi there!
I saw that this blog referred someone to my page. I’ve not figured out how or where, but thanks.

Cheers from THE MIGHTY REGIS, the Irish show band from Co. Sligo, now based in Los Angeles. We are currently putting together an East Coast tour for the middle of August, having booked dates in Boston and Philadelphia. We’d appreciate any suggestions you or your readers might have in regards to places to play; we’ll be there between Aug. 16th and Aug. 22nd (minus Aug. 20th, when we’re in Philadelphia).
Thanks for your time, and keep up the good work, yeah?
Cheers,
Dave Goldstein
