this is actually really important Newms. We were having a discussion about this. its quite scary to think that, because the U.S. is so powerful, and intertwined with the world economy, the outside world is affected profoundly by the outcome of the U.S. election, and yet we have no say. Having said that, it really angers me that failed U.K. politicians (Neil Kinnock) get handed powerful overpaid Euro MP jobs UNELECTED BY ANYONE, and political criminals (Peter Mandelson) become Lords for god’s sake! Anyway, I for one will feel a lot happier when Mr. obama steps into that White House, and, unrecorded or not, he gets my vote!
